If you are an organization hosting an author event in the Durham area we can assist you. We regularly partner with universities, libraries, conferences, museums, theaters, hospitals and non-profits.
Here is how it works:
We order the books - we do require a two or three week advance notice depending on the title(s) needed. A person from your organization can come by and pick up the books & a sales kit which we provide. The kit includes a Square Reader for credit cards, pricing sign and bookmarks. Then just return the kit and remaining books at your convenience when the event is over.
For large events with pre registration/ rsvp of around a hundred participants we can provide staffing to handle the sales for 2-3 hours. If your event meets the criteria we would need three week notice for staffing.
