Lori Ostlund and Rachel Richardson will read from and sign copies of their new books, The Bigness of the World (Ostlund) and Copperhead (Richardson). Ostlund—who is currently serving as the UNC-CH Kenan Visiting Writer—has just had a short story republished in the Pen/O. Henry Prize Stories for 2011. Richardson—a member of the creative writing department at UNC-CH—has published poems in the New England Review, Slate, Southern Review, and Ninth Letter, and has taught in a number of prisons, public schools, and universities.
