Former Regulator staffer Denise Giardina will read from and sign copies of her new book, Emily’s Ghost, a lustrous, beautifully written re-imagining of the Bronte family—and of Emily Bronte's passionate engagement with life. Giardina, author of Storming Heaven and The Unquiet Earth (which are set in the mining towns of West Virginia), considers Emily's Ghost the third book in this trilogy. She is an ordained deacon in the Episcopal Church and lives in Charleston, West Virginia.
