In this book, Castle seeks to make the question "what's in season" the answer to "what's for dinner?" Fashioned for locavores, omnivores and vegetarians, this cookbook promotes the health benefits and sustainability of eating locally grown, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Samples will be provided.
