Duke’s Laurent Dubois will discuss and sign copies of his new book, Soccer Empire: The World Cup and the Future of France.  Watch France play in the World Cup in the morning, then come to the Regulator at night!  Dubois is a professor of French and History at Duke and the author of several award-winning books, including Avengers of the New World: The Story of the Haitian Revolution.
