Local author Aaron Lubeck will discuss and sign copies of his new book, Green Restorations: Sustainable Buildings and Historic Homes.  Lubeck—a partner with Trinity Design/Build, a restoration and preservation consultancy—completed the first LEED-certified historic building in North Carolina.  This book will be of interest to homeowners, contractors and preservation specialists as it details the restoration of historic buildings using sustainable practices and green building techniques.
