Local teacher and author Cindi Rigsbee will talk about and sign copies of her new book, Finding Mrs. Warnecke: The Difference Teachers Make.  This is the heartwarming story of Cindi Rigsbee, a three-time Teacher of the Year in North Carolina, and the first-grade teacher, Barbara Warnecke, who had a life-changing impact on her life.  Cindi is known for inspiring her students to do better in class and life; she also has valuable advice for teachers of all grades.
